1. Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
Track MRR growth, breakdown by customer segment, and trends. A simple line chart with a trend line is best. Add a forecast to show where you're heading.
2. Churn rate (logo & revenue)
Visualise churn over time with a bar chart. Segment by cohort to identify when churn spikes (e.g., after 3 months). This helps you focus retention efforts.
3. Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
LTV is a key health metric. Show average LTV alongside a histogram of LTV distribution to see if you have a long tail of high‑value customers.
4. Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Plot CAC by channel (paid, organic, referral) to see where you're getting the best ROI. A stacked bar chart works well.
5. Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Track NPS over time and break down by feature usage. Use a gauge chart for current score and a line for trend.
